Our Mission

At The House Cat, our goal is to help cats find loving forever homes while providing a memorable experience for our guests.

We are dedicated to supporting the Weber County Animal Shelter, Trap Neuter Return programs, raising community awareness about animal welfare, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Through our commitment to excellence and compassion, we strive to make a meaningful impact on both the lives of cats and our community.

Who We Are

Jenny and Christine are two longtime friends working to make a difference. Together, we're blending our passions to create a unique space for both cats and the community.  At The House Cat, we will offer a cozy space for people to enjoy fresh baked goods, bond with cats, and support the Weber County Animal Shelter. Every visit brings a cat closer to their forever home!

Even with over ten years of barista experience, she still loves making espresso drinks. She looks forward to sharing her passions with the community.

She currently has two rescues and enjoys reading and dollhouse miniatures.

When she's not in the kitchen Jenny enjoys reading and working on her latest craft project. She looks forward to sharing her love of food, cats, and creativity with you.

What to Expect at
The House Cat

First and foremost, you can expect a clean and safe environment! We want our space to not only be fun and inviting for our customers, but also cozy and comfortable for the cats.

Our menu will offer a variety of house made food and drinks. From freshly baked pies and pastries, to expertly brewed espresso drinks. Quality, flavor and sustainability are all very important to us.

We plan to host a variety of community events and classes, including light yoga, small craft markets, and educational workshops focused on cat care. We will also hold fundraisers for organizations that benefit our community

Our Partner Shelter

All of our cats will come from the

Weber County Animal Shelter and will be spayed/neutered and up to date on all shots. The shelter will facilitate all of our adoptions.

Please do not bring your cat, we'll have plenty!
